Lydia Kaeyer

Lydia Smith Kaeyer studied art at Wheaton College, MA, SUNY Purchase, Round Top Center for the Arts, and the Manatee Art Center, FL. She has studied watercolor under David Dewey and Nancy Glassman and became a professional watercolor painter shortly after moving to Maine in 2000. Her paintings have been exhibited in many local galleries and juried shows in MidCoast Maine and Florida. An award-winning painter, Lydia has won numerous prizes for her work in Beaufort, SC and in the Sarasota, Florida area. She is a Master Signature Member of the Florida Suncoast Watercolor Society and a member of several plein air painting groups in Maine and Florida.
